House is situated in the middle of the village near grocery Coop Jednota , out of main route in the quiet area with trees and big exterier. The house consists 3 separate parts - grand floor , first floor and garret open from common stairway.

Description of house

The premises of the guesthouse consist - 7 rooms , 3 kitchen , 4 bathrooms. There are two private separate rooms - each with a separate bathroom at the grand floor + there is 1 private separate room open from common stairway on the first floorí. There are two apartments on the first floor and at the garret open from the common stairway.

Grand floor

Hall, two three-beded rooms (4x4m) – each with one aded bed , two separate kitchens with bath and toilet , full-armed kitchen with sitting for 10 persons.

First floor - apartment

Hall, one two-beded room with one aded bed (4x4m) and one three-beded room with one aded bed (4x4m) , one kitchen with bath and toilet , full-armed kitchen with sitting for 8 persons + one private separate two-beded room (3x3,5m) near apartment - entry directly from stairway.

Garret - apartment

Dwelling hall with sitting for 6 persons and full-armed kitchen , one twobeded room (3,5x3m) and one big four-beded room (4x8m), bathroom with bath and toilet.

All rooms with TVSAT a radio , each kitchen armed electric or gas stove with oven , refrigerator , microwave oven , electric kettle , toaster and etc., house has central heating.

Exterier

Exterier with covered garden sitting areas , fireplace , garden grill , swing for adults and children.

Free parking in front of house or in the closed area.

Accessories

Free borrowing of accessories , free internet , bikes , table futbal , biliard , table tennis , chess. You can play tennis , streetball , futbal in the village.

Transport

There is the nearest bus and train station in the town of Liptovsky Mikulas. Bus link Liptovsky Mikulas – Prosiek, the last link 18,40 (MO – FRI) and 19,20 (SAT – SU). There is possibility to set conditions about arranging of drive-away with the renter. (Cestovné poriadky)
